These terms cover this website and the internal software applications operated by Outdoor Visions Media LLC ("OVM"), a Montana limited liability company.
The website
You may read and link to this site freely. The name Outdoor Visions Media, the name The Backcountry Manifesto, and the content we publish are ours; don't reproduce them commercially without permission.
Internal applications
OVM's internal applications, including any that connect to QuickBooks Online or other services through their developer platforms, are licensed for use solely by OVM and its members to operate OVM's own business. They are not offered to the public, are not for resale, and grant no rights to anyone outside OVM. Use of a connected third-party service remains subject to that service's own terms.
No warranty
The site and the applications are provided as they are. OVM makes no warranty about them and is not liable for any loss arising from their use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Gallatin County, Montana.
