This policy explains what Outdoor Visions Media LLC ("OVM", "we") does with information, both on this website and in the internal software we run to operate the company.

This website

This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no personal information. If you email us, we keep the email in order to reply to it.

Internal business software

OVM operates internal tools that its members use to run the company: bookkeeping, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. Some of those tools connect to third-party services we already use, including QuickBooks Online through Intuit's developer platform.

• Whose data. These tools access only OVM's own business records: our accounts, transactions, and reports. They are used by OVM's members and no one else. We do not offer them to the public and they do not process information about customers or other businesses.
• What we do with it. Prepare financial summaries, budgets, and operating reports for OVM's members.
• Where it lives. On systems controlled by OVM. Retrieved records are kept for as long as they are useful for accounting and reporting, and are not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• Access. Authorization to connected services is granted by an OVM member, is scoped to the minimum the tool needs, and can be revoked by that member at any time from the connected service's settings.

Third parties

We do not sell personal information. Service providers we connect to (for example Intuit) handle data under their own policies.
